    1. Basic Package - Free package with Office Assistant Basic.
    2. Pro Package - paid package with Office Assistant Pro.

  2. What composes Office assistant?
    1. REPORTS
      1. Inventory Module - Provides a monitoring module of users inventory status with online alerts. (Basic & Pro)
      2. Sales Summary - Provides a summary of monthly sales report. Additional reports for Pro Privilege, namely, sales report per category and per product. (Basic & Pro)
      3. Fees Summary - Provides a summary of users payment history for all fees incurred. (Basic & Pro)
      4. Income Statement - Provides a monthly summary of revenues and expenses. (Pro only)
      5. Ad Activity - Provides a summary of activity of all Item upgrades such as Featured, Hot Stuff & Priority Posting. (Pro only)
      6. Buyer Statistics - Provides a summary list of unique and frequent buyers.
      7. Listing Performance - Provides a summary of inquiry and purchase activities. (Pro only)
      8. Market Research - Provides a buyers' trend report. (Pro only)

  3. What is Cash Wallet?
    A secured online payment solution and a re-loadable virtual wallet. It allows members to enjoy online advertising and shopping with or without bank accounts.

    Process
    1. Register with BuyandSellPlus and InMall. (existing members are pre-registered)
    2. Load Cash Wallet.
    3. Enjoy the benefits of your Cash wallet.
    4. Withdraw your money.


    How to load or re-load?
    Regular processing time: 12-24 hours
    Bank Clearing for Checks: 72 hours

    1. Over-The-Counter: BPI Bills payment facility


    How to withdraw?
    Withdrawal request - up to 24 hrs processing
    1. Cash Wallet to BPI account
    2. Cash Wallet to non-BPI account
    3. Cash Wallet to EPS or Cash Card
      1. Verify identity and enroll member's account with BPI.
      2. Transfer funds to EPS or Cash Card.
      3. ATM withdrawal or Debit card.


    Benefits
    A member with enough Cash Wallet load (balance) can do:
    1. Online transactions at www.buyandsellplus.com and www.inmall.com and www.safeexchange.net
    2. Advertisement upgrades in www.buyandsellplus.com and www.inmall.com


  4. What is a Wish List and how do I add items?
    It is a list of what you are hoping for to buy in the future. As you shop, click on "Add to Wish List" button and your Wish List will automatically be updated.

  5. What can I see in Buyer's Corner?
    This is a Merchants' tool to monitor Buyer's count and their Best Sellers/Items.
