Merchant Returns Policy
Merchants who sell their items on INMALL vary in their return policies. To find the return policy for items sold by an INMALL Merchant, go to the product detail page. They must be returned to the Merchant in accordance with the Merchant's own return policy. Please contact INMALL to report the defect or damage. INMALL will then coordinate with the Store on the said matter. INMALL customer service representative will be glad to provide instructions on how to return the said merchandise. Only then could the products be shipped back, in its original packaging, to INMALL’s office. Replacement Policy We have made our replacement policy fair and simple. Within 7 days of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect item shipped or;
- Damaged or defective items
Shipping & Order Processing
OOrders are processed daily from Mondays through Fridays. Orders received before 4:00 PM (Manila time, or 0700 GMT) from Mondays through Fridays are processed on the same day while orders received after this time are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed after 4:00 pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day.
Products sold by INMALL merchants are ideally available for courier pickup and consolidation within 24 hours after the order has been processed and approved. If your order will not be available within 24 hours, or is out-of-stock, INMALL will notify you by email if and when the item will be available, or if the item has been phased-out, as the case may be.
INMALL ships ordered goods through our nominated couriers such as Air 21, TNT, and FedEx. These authorized couriers reserve the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier partners. The terms specified under the Conditions of Contract of these couriers apply on packages shipped through them, respectively.
Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day they were processed. For orders to be delivered to a Philippine destination, please allow 3 to 5 days from process date for delivery. INMALL does not assume responsibility for, and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier.
In some cases, specific items require handling and delivery by the merchants themselves. Certain INMALL merchants offer their own delivery service within Metro Manila and to certain destinations within the Philippines.
Products requiring special handling such as Gift baskets, wine bottles, food and delicatessen items, are delivered by a special courier, but delivery is limited within Metro Manila only. For provincial delivery of appliances, INMALL may charge an additional cost for crating and special handling, due to the volumetric weight of the item. We shall notify the customer by email should any additional charges arise prior to the approval of the order and the shipment of the items.

You may pick up your ordered items, Mondays-Fridays 9am-6pm, except on holidays, at:
128 Sun Valley Drive Km 15 West Service Road, South Superhighway 1700 Paranaque City, Philippines.
Bring with you, a copy of your Order Confirmation sent to your registered email address and an I.D. with picture.

Order Confirmation & Receipt
InMall.com provides/sends out an electronic Order Confirmation through the customer’s registered email address soon after a transaction has been completed. Upon delivery of goods, Store Merchant provides the Official Receipt for item(s) sold.
